About Bianca and Rojo y Negro
Bianca has studied the art form of Argentine Tango for over 15 years, having visited Buenos Aires regularly to increase her knowledge and appreciation of the dance. Her most profound studies were with, arguably, the greatest master and teacher of the Argentine Tango, Gustavo Naveira, one of the principal founders of 'Tango Nuevo' who appears in the film, “The Tango Lesson”. Over the years, Bianca has developed her own meticulously structured method of teaching Tango, informed by the wealth of her knowledge and experience in dance and other related disciplines. She teaches throughout the year at “Rojo y Negro”, her Tango school, and at venues throughout the UK and abroad. She has partnered many Argentine professional dancers including Federico Guerin, Diego Calarco, Mauricio Castro, Hector Villalba, Ismael Ludman, and Juan Manuel Acosta.
